Cancellation Policy

Canceling your appointment within your 1 1/2 HOUR GRACE PERIOD or “NO CALL NO SHOW” will result in the cancellation fee (initial booking deposit). RESCHEDULING your appointment will TRANSFER your initial booking deposit to the new date/time you select as long as it’s within the 1 1/2 HOUR GRACE PERIOD.
